Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Session Rates and Fees
Fees will be discussed before any services commence.
Assessments are priced as packages. While most assessments can be completed within the allocated time, this may vary depending on your child’s needs.
Additional time, if required, is billed at $230/hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. You will be informed of any changes beforehand.
Payments & Debt Collection
Session fees are processed on the day of your appointment via the debit/credit card you have provided.
For assessments, you may pay in full or spread payments across your sessions.
A 15% late fee applies to invoices unpaid on the day of issue.
Future appointments will be paused until all outstanding fees are cleared.
Invoices overdue by 14+ days will be referred to a debt collection agency. You are responsible for all associated costs.
By agreeing to our services, you consent to your details being shared with our nominated debt collector if required.
Medicare Rebates
You may be eligible for a rebate with a valid referral.
Claims must be submitted through your online Medicare account.
Ensure your Medicare and bank details are current.
In-person attendance is required for rebate eligibility.
Cancelled or missed sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Please note that we are not a registered NDIS Provider. We are only able to work with participants who are either Plan-Managed or Self-Managed.
Self-Managed participants are required to pay our standard private rate on the day of the appointment.
Plan-Managed participants will have their invoices sent directly to their plan manager and will be charged at the current NDIS rate.
