Supporting Children, Teens, and Families with Compassionate, Person-Centred Therapy

I offer caring, neuro-affirming therapy for children and teens to help them build resilience, improve wellbeing, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I collaborate with parents and caregivers, keeping you informed, involved, and supported every step of the way. You're not alone in this journey.

I work with a range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Emotional regulation and anger management

  • Bullying and school reluctance/refusal

  • Friendship and social difficulties

  • Adjustment issues and life changes

  • Behavioural challenges

Therapy is client-centred, holistic and tailored to meet each young person’s unique needs. My main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment theory and Schema Therapy. If you're looking for support for your child or teen, I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to get in touch to see how I can help

Individualised Psychoeducational and Neurodevelopmental Assessments

I provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to investigate Specific Learning Disorders in reading, writing, and mathematics (i.e., dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia).

I also provide assessments to explore mental health problems (e.g., depression, anxiety) and/or neurodevelopmental differences, such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, intellectual giftedness, as well as assessments pertaining to functional capacity and adaptive functioning concerns.

Autism assessments are conducted in a neuroaffirming way, with a focus on understanding your child’s strengths, communication style, and sensory profile. ADHD assessments use evidence-based screening tools to build a clear picture of your child’s attention, executive functioning, and behaviour. This helps guide tailored recommendations and identify the right supports. If you’re looking for a comprehensive and individualised assessment process, I’m here to help. Get in touch to learn more, discuss your concerns, or book an appointment.
